Launched in June 2022, Modern Living Kitchen was founded by two passionate indoor farmers, who share a deep commitment to providing fresh and sustainable food. We recognized that many people in the urban area or the food desert struggle to access healthy produce and so, we turned our attention to microgreens—a tasty yet nutrient-dense source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can be grown all year round.
We believe that everyone deserves access to wholesome and nourishing food, and we see microgreens as an easy and convenient solution to this. Our objective is to make high-quality produce easily accessible, allowing people to opt for healthier food choices while still being able to enjoy each bite.
